What combination is best for 12th?

I just finished SSLC with around 90% aggregate....I've gotten into a good college (Science stream)....... Now I'm really confused as to what combination to choose PCMC, PCMB or PCME...... Which is best for my Future If my only focus is money and a good job...... Im interested in both Medical and Engineering..... Both of 'em are very interesting (for me)...... Now im in something of a dilemma....... I need an opinion ASAP....... Which is best If I want an Excellent future? I dont Mind studying the extra syllabus by takin bio.....
