Where to look for a Course Syllabus?

I really need to find a course syllabus for two of my English courses that I had taken at my old institution 2 years ago (am now attending another school). I cannot find a syllabus that luckily online...can anyone please give suggestions on how to find a course syllabus for a class taken? It doesn't have to be the same thing, but just a sample to present the kind of work taken there..Please respond ASAP..
