Any tips on how to get over mental blocks for tumbling?

Ok, so here's the deal. I'm strong, in great shape, and I'm super flexible. I have EVERYTHING I need to be a great tumbler. But I'm afraid. I can't even do a back handspring without bailing. It really sucks. Any tips for getting over that fear and/or getting a solid back handspring??? :)
