I'm 13 grade 5 ballet RAD syllabus tips for port de bra to the bar?

Hi i'm 13 and I do grade 5 ballet. I have just recently moved up with my friends but I am quite un flexible. I can't properly touch my toes and also when doing port de bra to the bar, i have to bend down and touch my nose on my knees and it hurts my hamstrings. What exercises shall I do to increase my flexibility and also how long do you think it will take me to be able to do this exercise without pain? Thank you very much. And also how regularly shall I be doing these exercises to make me more flexible ?
