Brass cleaning question?

I was looking at something to clean all my brass with and started to look at ultrasonic cleaners from what i have seen it looks like they work pretty good, should i go with the ultrasonic cleaner or a brass tumbler has anyone had any experience with a ultrasonic cleaner?Is a brass tumbler better?
