Another question about senna tea, help!?

I posted earlier about how I had drank two large tumblers of senna tea last night, and it very much cleared out my system. this is the first time i have ever drank it, but i just want to make sure my bowels won't become dependent on it after this first time? I'm worried! Thanks!
