I accidentally deleted Videos folder on my PC. How do I retrieve 100gb worth of files?

I was trying to clear shortcuts on my desktop and I accidentally ended up deleting the "Videos" shortcut without even knowing it would delete all my files. None of the videos are in the recycling bin... Is there I way I can restore them all or are my videos gone forever? ): Thanks.
