15 year old girl weight/workout help?

I am 15 and im about 5'3", 120 lbs. I think i need to lose weight and tone my thighs,abs, especially since summer is coming up and all. I'm pretty active. I am a cheerleader and power tumbler. Any advice on how i could lose weight/tone?? Thank you all sooo muchh!
