A notepad letter was deleted by accident is there any way I can retrieve it?

I had typed a letter and it was mistakenly deleted from the yahoo notepad page. I looked in my recycle and yahoo mail trash but it is not there. Is there anyway for me to retrieve this letter so I don't have to retype it again?
