Is any part of the Luminox 3901 divers watch magnetic?

I recently lost my Luminox 3901 watch in a fairly small, but deep body of water. I jumped from a cliff and when I surfaced I noticed it was gone. I can't believe the band was able to come un-velcroed and out of the loop enough to come off my hand so quickly, but somehow it did. I was wondering if the back of the screw on case, or the metal loop on the cloth band are magnetic? I have some high strength retrieving earth magnets and thought I'd give it a shot, but don't want to until I know there is some part of the watch is magnetic. Any help would be appreciated!
