How would one go about teaching an AP class? (AP Teachers & Former, but recent, AP Teachers)?

Teachers love to teach classes when the students are highly motivated such as many in AP classes. That is why teachers who have more experience and seniority usually get to teach them. You will rarely see a new teacher teaching an AP class.
