Mus 100 listening journal?

I recently signed up for a music 100 class where I am required to keep a weekly journal. I am to listen to a classical music station for 30 minutes per week. We are supposed to keep a journal on this, but I'm not sure what should be put into it. The instructor said there are examples on his syllabus, however there are none.
