Will you help me to connect my old email address to my new email address? I?

I haven't accessed my account in a couple of years. I have had my wife to assist me in creating new email addresses in the past because i tend to forget the actual address at the time and the pass code. I need to connect all my old information to my new email address, so i can retrieve my pass code from my job's website. The email address I used there was in all caps, CHARLESPOOLE@YAHOO.COM. Thanks.
