I need serious lying help?

I had the same problem but I was believing the lies I told and they labeled them as delusions. It was things like my mom was in the hospital, i was kidnapped, etc. And it turns out that I don't have a psychiatric problem, but I have a lesion on my brain that was destroying some of the receptors in my brain. I don't know to what extent your problem is, but sometimes you just have to accept yourself for who you are and I believe it's more of a self esteem issue on your part so if you try to boost your self esteem, more than likely it will easily go away.
