Help with Tumbling????

lots and lots and lots of practice. most gyms offer tumbling classes, and i would recommend taking one of those. they usually help a lot and allow you to focus just on tumbling. also if you have a trampoline at your house you could work on back handsprings and back tucks if your ready. just remember to always practice and focus on good form. my coach always tells me that one bad repetition is like erasing 10 good ones. so don't just be sloppy. ex. back-handspring: head in, legs straight and together, arms straight, long, and good starting position and squat going in. you-tube also has a lot of tips and drills you could try and help a lot. drills are really important so do lots! good luck!
