Do you HAVE to know how to tumble to be a cheerleader?

Ok, I've been cheering for 8 years now, and now that I'm going into high school i want to be on the cheerleading squad. But I can't do a cartwheel or a round off (i'm not the best tumbler). (i'm not just saying this, my coach told me all this) But I can do every position in a stunt, I have tight motions, I use facials, my jumps have good height, and I'm loud. Do I have to know how to tumble in order to make the squad or can I make it with my skills that I have now?
