Backhandspring class?

It depends on where you go to tumble. Some tumbling coaches will make you do backwalkover while others will start spotting you on your backhandsprings on a tumble track or trampoline. When you go to a tumbling class they will usually make you stretch first and do some tumbling drills like handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels, etc. In the class you will not only be doing backhandsprings but also running tumbling. They will probably make you work on round offs first. But it all really depends on which cheer gym you go to.
